If you guys are looking for housing for this summer ( May 19th to July 20th - 2015) , my place is available for sublease. I live at Crosswalk Commons: Google Maps

The apartment is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. I am offering up my room for subleasing with occupancy of 1 only.

Connectivity:

• You can easily rent a bike for 50$ from the apartment Bike shop ( yeah the apartment has a bike shop) and you get the 50$ back when you return the bike! The deal cannot get any better!.
• It is about 10-15 minutes walk from all campus buildings and a 7 minutes walk from the CoRec. 
• Bus Route 15 (Tower Acres) can be taken from Hilltop Dr bus stop, which is a minute away from Crosswalk.
• Bus Route 14 (Black Loop) operates on Saturdays and Sundays as well.
• Bus Route 18 (Night Rider) operates till late on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

Amenities:

• The rent will fully cover all basic utilities including trash, gas, water, Internet, and electricity. FIXED PRICE 475$ (OBO). 
• Fully furnished room includes three drawers, a shelf, a table, a chair, a bed and mattress.
• 3 FREE weekly trips to the local grocery stores provided by Crosswalk. 
• Cable is also provided in the living room.
